Revisiting My Resolutions for 2020

How have the events of this year disrupted (or supported) my ambitions?

1) I’ll be mostly following a slow-carb diet

2) Eating more plant-based meals (mostly for environmental reasons)

3) Meditating (using an app besides Headspace)

4) Journaling (as a means of helping to clear and calm my mind)

5) Exercising regularly (a mix of weight training and running)

6) Signing up for at least one sporting challenge (for accountability)

7) Stripping social media and smartphone usage from my life (further)

8) Getting up early (more consistently)

9) Drinking less alcohol

10) Being less sarcastic

12) Reading and listening more

13) Living gratefully

14) Worrying less and being less affected by other people’s dramas

15) Moving and living more quietly

16) Sleeping more

17) Getting back to avoiding the news

18) Writing daily

19) Being more diligent in my daily work

20) Live that I may live forever
